Business Debt Mediation

Our vision

Mediation, not litigation.

NACP specializes in representing businesses in the mediation or negotiation of a problem debt.

We are able to save businesses, maintain their viability, and avoid court and bankruptcy.

Decades long proven track record

Prevent or stop litigation

Quick solutions

No results, no fees

Many healthy, viable, growing businesses run into difficult financial situations at different times in their life cycle.

Receiving collection letters and calls is stressful. Employees are concerned as well — they know something is going on, affecting productivity and exacerbating the original problem.

NACP consultants endeavor to keep both sides out of court, eliminating costly litigation and non-collectible judgements. NACP can:

  • Work directly with banks, credit agencies and attorneys
  • Reduce your liabilities through debt mediation
  • Increase liquidity/cash-flow with financing sources who specialize in your industry and region (even if you have been turned down by other lenders)

With NACP on your side, you can go back to focusing on productivity in your business.

Our Objective

To reach a negotiated settlement with a creditor or the attorney or collection agency representing a creditor, on behalf of a business debtor (private debtors are not represented).

The Process

We meet together with our client to review all the facts regarding the debt origination. We then undertake an analysis using our copyrighted systems and will then contact the creditor(s).

The Cost

No Result, No Fee. If we do not reach a restructured amount to your satisfaction, you pay nothing. We are paid on performance only. Our fees are based on a modest percentage of the money saved in the restructuring

Creditors have attorneys and collection agencies to turn to when there is a problem with an account receivable. Who does the business debtor have to represent them when there is a problem bill or a cash flow crunch?

Business is just too complex these days to do it all yourself. Especially as it’s a no success, no fee situation; we have to be good at what we do!  Take our effort, and at our expense try us first.

Please note that we are not a law firm and do not render legal advice. If the services of an attorney are required, then only a law firm can provide such legal services. We are not a “debt settlement” firm and do not work with consumer debt.
